RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell. Offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return or exchange your purchase.

Online Return Policy

We strive to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. There is no need to call for return authorization. Please use the form below to notify us of your intent to return product purchased from FrostGuard.us. 

 

  • 30 Day Return Window
    Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Credit will not be given for product returned beyond 30 days without special authorization. 
  • Credit Process 
    Credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by frostguard.us. Please note, bundled items need to be returned with all components for a full refund. For most orders, credit will be issued at the time the merchandise is successfully received in our warehouse. Depending on the form of payment tendered, it may take 2-10 business days from the start of the returns process for the credit to be applied to your account.
  • Return Shipping
    Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by FrostGuard. 
  • This Process Only Applies for Product Purchased Through FrostGuard.us
    If you purchased a FrostGuard through another website or retailer, returns and exchanges must be facilitated through that retailer. We cannot directly issue credit for purchases made from other websites. If you need a warranty replacement, please contact us for more information
 



Preparing Your Return by Mail

  1. Complete the above form and include a printout of your confirmation email from the Return Authorization Form.
  2. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging.
  3. Affix the address provided in your confirmation email. 
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of an error by FrostGuard. 
  5. Maintain a copy of the tracking number, as this is the only method to confirm delivery to our warehouse.
